- 以填補本局編制內刑事偵查人員組別之第一職階二等刑事偵查員四十缺。

薪俸點：280點，享有公職一般制度規定的權利及福利。
根據第17/2020號法律之附表一，實習刑事偵查員(培訓課程及實習階段)可獲得薪俸索引表之250點報酬。如已屬公務員，倘原薪俸高於該薪俸點，則根據現行第14/2009號法律之規定，維持原職薪俸。

The current local maximum income tax rate is 12% but is effectively around 5% – 7% after various discretionary exemptions
