- 第二職階技術工人的薪俸點為現行第14/2009號法律《公務人員職程制度》附件一表二所載第二級別的160點，並享有公職一般制度規定的權利及福利。
- 須提供輪值工作，並根據現行《澳門公共行政工作人員通則》第一百九十二條的規定，獲發放輪值津貼。
