聖若瑟教區中學第五校，簡稱聖若瑟五校、英文名稱 St. Joseph Diocesan College (The Fifth School)，葡文名稱 Colégio Diocesano de São José 5ª (CDSJ5)，是由天主教澳門教區創辦的一所涵蓋幼兒、小學、中學教育的男女私立學校，已納入澳門免費教育系統。
