• 熟悉國家教育發展規劃及國際化教學環境，理解多元文化背景下學生的學習需求；

• 熟悉國際公開考試體系（如 IGCSE、A Level 等）及大學入學考試者優先；

• 具備良好學術背景，能獨立帶領學生進行學術研究或論文指導；

• 具備策劃及組織創意課外活動的能力；

• 具備扎實的中文語言素養，能以粵語授課，且普通話標準者優先；

• 具紮實的學術素養及優秀的教學能力，具創新教學思維，能促進學生多元及全面發展。
