Role Overview:

This role will play a crucial role in providing all necessary operations and administrative support to all departments and the office. He/she will also be responsible for human resources related functions to ensure a positive and productive work environment as well as optimizing human capital for the company.

 

Job Description:

  • Handle full spectrum of Human Resources roles & responsibilities, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the departments and managements.
  • Oversees and manage the daily pre-sales and post-sales operations.
  • Provide day-to-day corporate secretarial support and handle ad hoc assignments and projects as required by management.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Prior human resources & administration experience is an advantage.
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Chinese Word Processing and HRMS
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese

  • 具備學士學位,人力資源管理、工商管理或相關領域尤佳。
  • 具有人力資源及行政經驗者優先。
  • 熟悉勞動關係法及相關法定規定。
  • 具備敏銳的商業觸覺,出色的分析、解決問題及決策能力。
  • 熟練操作ExcelMS Word、中文文書處理及人力資源管理系統 (HRMS)
  • 具良好的中英文書寫及口語溝通能力
