Sustainable Procurement Excellence Lead 
 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement Sustainable Procurement policies, and guidelines that align with corporate sustainability goals and regulatory requirements
• Establish governance structures to ensure compliance, accountability, and transparency across all procurement activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to co-launch initiatives that embed ESG principles into category strategies, strategic sourcing and supplier management
• Define KPIs and measurement systems to track, evaluate, and report the impact of Sustainable Procurement initiatives
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management, ensuring organizational adoption of Sustainable Procurement practices and fostering a culture of accountability
• Monitor and anticipate emerging trends, technologies, best practices, and regulatory developments to drive procurement excellence

Requirements

• Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or Environmental Studies
  • Professional certifications of CIPS, CPSM, or ISO 20400 are an advantage
• Computer Literacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Power BI or Pythons is an advantage
  • Familiarity with SRM or Supplier ESG Risk Assessment tools is an advantage
• Language Skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a definite advantage
• Others
  • Minimum of 3 years in sustainability-focused projects
  • Proven track record in leading stakeholder engagement programs, sustainability initiatives, change management or procurement transformation projects
  • Strong experience in developing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for procurement performance or sustainability initiatives
  • Meticulous, analytical, and well-organized with strong problem-solving skills
