Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce cybersecurity compliance standards in line with legal, regulatory and internal security requirements
• Oversee full lifecycle project management for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital transformation initiatives, including scope definition, timeline planning, resource allocation, risk assessment and milestone tracking
• Maintain high performance, availability and reliability of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks, databases, and operating systems) to support business continuity
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to propose aligned solutions that advance business and corporate objectives
• Administer infrastructure resources including servers, networks, databases and operating systems
• Monitor, analyze and report on system and service performance and availability to meet defined service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Design, implement and manage automation frameworks to streamline daily IT maintenance and operations
• Liaise with external vendors and stakeholders for technical support, service delivery and project implementation
• Research emerging technologies (cloud, AI, containerization, CI/CD, automation tools) to support digital transformation
• Partner with development teams to facilitate seamless application deployment and integration with existing infrastructure

Requirements

• Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Experience in a variety of systems and infrastructure technology platforms is preferred
  • Candidates with relevant professional certifications will be highly preferred, including but not limited to:
    • Cybersecurity (e.g. CISP, CISP-A, NSATP-D, NSATP-DSM)
    • Networking (e.g. H3CNE, HCIP)
    • Operating systems (e.g. KYCA/KYCP (Kylin OS), MCSA: Windows Server, RHCSA)
    • Cloud computing (e.g. ACP: Cloud Computing, ZCCC, ZCCT, ZCCE)
    • Database (e.g. DCA/DCP (Dameng), KCA/KCP (Kingbase), MCSA: SQL Server, MCSE)
    • Data management (e.g. ACP: Data Analyst, CDMP, CBIP)
    • AI/LLM (e.g. ACP: LLM)
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT professional experience
• Computer Literacy
  • Proficient in IT infrastructure, network and system management in Windows and Linux environments
  • Knowledge of application development
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell, Bash)
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and NoSQL/Big Data technologies in Windows and Linux environments
  • Experience with private cloud platforms, data platforms, and/or AI application deployment is highly desirable

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
